Wie das LatLong-Blog berichtet, werden Suchvorschläge (Suggest) bei Google Maps nun um Ergebnisse aus Google Search erweitert:
[W]e understand the importance of getting information that is locally relevant. We’ve built this knowledge into Suggest for Google Maps so that you get the most useful suggestions depending on where you’re zoomed into on the map.
Außerdem gibt es Suchvorschläge bei Google Maps nun in 14 Ländern, darunter die USA, Deutschland und China.
