Yahoo vor Übernahme von CafeMom

Nach Information des WSJ-Blogs All Things Digital steht Yahoo kurz vor der Übernahme der “Mütter-Community” CafeMom. Angeblich fordert CMI Marketing, Betreiber von CafeMom, eine Summe von 200 Mio. US-Dollar. Yahoo will nur 100 Mio. US-Dollar zahlen. — Weder Yahoo noch CMI Marketing haben die Übernahme-Gespräche bisher kommentiert:
Yahoo declined to comment, but a PR spokeswoman said in an email that “women are an important audience and our Shine site is very successful.”
