Google übernimmt TalkBin

Informationen von TechCrunch zufolge hat Google das Y Combinator-Startup TalkBin für eine unbekannte Summe übernommen. Die erst vor fünf Monaten gegründete Firma bietet Nutzern die Möglichkeit, Feedback für lokale Geschäfte über mobile Apps abzugeben. Im Zuge der Übernahme wird TalkBin temporär eingestellt.
Ein erstes offizielles Statement von Google:
We’re thrilled to welcome the TalkBin team to Google. They’ve built a cool way for customers to engage with local businesses, and we think they’ll be a great fit for our mobile and local teams.
