Googles mobiles Bezahlsystem ab morgen?

Informationen des Wall Street Journals zufolge plant Google morgen die Vorstellung eines mobilen Bezahlsystems für Android-Smartphones.
Das System auf NFC-Basis (Near Field Communication) mit den Partnern Macy’s, American Eagle Outfitters und Subway soll in den Städten New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago und Washington D.C. an den Start gehen. Mobilfunkpartner von Google für das mobile Bezahlsystem soll Sprint Nextel werden.
